Why lead a groUp?

Do you want to make a difference? We all do. Sometimes we wait for someone else to make the first move. Leading a group simply means you go first. You don’t have to be a theologian or commit every night of the week to be a leader. If you love having fun, helping people take their next step, and celebrating life-change, leading a group may be just the thing for you.

Here are a few requirements to become a study group leader:

  • You must be a professing Christian and uphold Biblical standards of living
  • You must have attended the Pathfinder Class and be a member of Trailhead Church
  • You must be currently serving on a serve team
  • You must be a regular giver
  • You must enjoy discipling and developing relationships with people and families

If you meet all above requirements, please complete the interest form below, and our study group directors will reach out with more information.
