Pastor Josh, his wife Anna, and their four children Caedmon, Cohen, Colton, and Carly know that Jesus loves them, and they are passionate about sharing Christ’s love with others. Pastor Josh and Anna’s primary passion is to help people form dynamic relationships with Jesus and become truly Christ-centered.
As Executive Pastor, Dave is responsible for the overall leadership of the church staff, management of the church finances, and oversight of all functional areas in accomplishing Trailhead’s mission. Dave and his wife Morgan have been part of the Trailhead team since 2008. They live in Mebane, NC and have two children, Elliot and Charlie.
As Teaching Pastor, Adam helps people find a better way every week by creating and coordinating classes and other discipleship opportunities throughout Trailhead. He and his wife, Damaris, began their relationship at Trailhead, where they both recognized they were called to ministry together, and they consider it a blessing and a privilege to serve with such an amazing team. Adam and Damaris have two awesome little boys, Nathaniel and Aaron.
Stephen leads the worship team at Trailhead, directing them both musically and spiritually. He’s been serving at Trailhead in various roles since 2012, and has a true passion to connect people with the heart of God through worship. His wife Katie also serves on staff as Trailhead’s Connections Pastor. Katie and Stephen have one son, and live in Burlington, NC.
Katie oversees all of the volunteer teams at Trailhead, and helps schedule, recruit, and train leaders and those they serve. Katie and her husband Stephen jumped into serving the first time they came to Trailhead in 2012. Katie loves helping people discover their God-given talents and connecting them with opportunities that fulfill their passions and others needs. Katie and Stephen have one son and live in Burlington, NC.
Jeremy is the Creative Pastor at Trailhead and is responsible for the worship experience, creative arts, and the overall media presence of the church. He is passionate about expressing the gospel and the vision of Trailhead in a creative way to reach as many people as possible with the love of Jesus. He and his wife Laura have two great kids, Brynlee and Judah.
Christian organizes, develops, implements, and maintains an exciting and Christ-centered ministry that promotes fun and meaningful worship, discipleship, and learning. Christian leads a talented group of volunteer teachers whose primary passion is to help kids begin their journey of faith. Christian and her husband James have two children and live in Burlington, NC.
Phillip leads middle and high school students to discover who God has created them to be. Accepting Jesus when he was in 7th grade, he understands how vital a healthy relationship with Jesus is during these formative years. Phillip’s passion is to see students build an unshakable foundation that will be a springboard for a happy and healthy adulthood, and he knows that helping students establish strong relationships with both peers and positive role models is key in securing that foundation. Phillip and his wife Kellie have been serving at Trailhead since June 2018 with their 4 kids, Hensley, Hollis, Heston and Haysley.
Damaris helps the senior staff at Trailhead create an efficient and productive environment by providing invaluable personal and organizational support in many of the financial and operational areas of the church. Damaris is also a worshiper at heart and has been a leader in the Trailhead worship team for years. She and her husband, Adam, have two amazing sons, Nathaniel and Aaron.
