About the bridge
The Bridge is the outreach ministry of Trailhead Church. We named this ministry “The Bridge” because it reflects our mission “to support growth by bridging church and community through service with love.”
We envision a church that is equipped to carry out the great commission in our community by meeting needs, building relationships, and restoring lives in Christ Jesus. In addition to various service projects throughout the year, we partner with SAFE — a local non-profit organization — to operate a weekly food pantry.

If you are in need, we would love to serve you! Our food pantry is a “choice pantry” where you get to choose the foods that you want and need.
Location: Trailhead Church, 615 W Harden St., Graham, NC 27253 (follow the black and white signs in the parking lot)
Hours: Every Thursday from 4-6pm (appointments are required)
Requirements:
– Schedule your visit at the link below or you can schedule onsite during distribution hours.
– You may visit a SAFE location only once every 2 weeks (either SAFE at The Bridge at Trailhead Church or SAFE’s location on NC Hwy 87).
– Please bring the following items with you to every visit:
- Your Second Harvest card
- Your “SAFE Next Visit” card
